Welcome to Shasta Lake Chiropractic

It is easy to make an appointment.  Please call our office or fill out  the contact box and we will call you. We are currently accepting new  patients, and there is a good chance we can get you in within a week of your call.  You can be scheduled with the Doctor of your preference.

Located in the heart of the City of Shasta Lake - 4221 Shasta Dam Blvd.  Just 1.5 miles west of

I-5 at the corner of Shasta Dam Blvd & Montana Street.  Look for the big  parking lot in the center of the east and west bound lanes, across from  Shasta Community Health Center and from the Dollar Store.  We are  confident that you will feel right at home in our office as we welcome  our patients as if they were family.

Payment is expected at time of service. We will bill your insurance for you, however, until your policy reimbursement is known, all fees must be paid at the time of service.  We will submit standard insurance forms for you.  We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and  want.  Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or most  major credit cards.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide  us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so  that we can offer this appointment to another patient.
