Meet Dr. Kay Kobe, D.C.
Dr. Kay Kobe - Licensed Doctor of Chiropractic
Celebrating 39 years as a Doctor of Chiropractic in 2024!
Graduate of Life Chiropractic College West 1985

Raised in Shasta County, Dr. Kay grew up studying Kodenkan JuJitsu, riding horses and water skiing. She is an alumni of Anderson High and Shasta College. She loves to hike, bike, kayak, sew, fish and yoga.
Dr. Kay excels in hands-on Chiropractic utilizing massage, trigger point therapy, Diversified, Flexion-Distraction and TMJ techniques. She enjoys reviewing X-Rays and MRI's with her patients - letting them understand what they look like on the inside. Dr. Kay cares for all ages - babies, children, pregnant women, adults and the elderly. In addition to Chiropractic care, Dr. Kay has added Mild Hyperbaric,
Far Infrared Sauna and Red Light Therapy to her holistic services.

Born and raised in Shasta County, Dr. Chris grew up in O'Brien on Shasta Lake. He enjoys the outdoors, mechanics and the culture of Native Americans. He has coached both youth basketball and football.
Dr. Chris is an excellent diagnostician, enjoys reviewing X-Rays, MRI's, CT Scans and lab reports with his patients to get a more complete understanding and then tailoring his treatment and recommendations to care for each of his patient's unique needs. Dr. Chris utilizes an eclectic collection of Chiropractic techniques including Diversified, Gonstead, Sacral-Occipital, Cranial and extremities. He utilizes soft tissue orthopedics and gives targeted nutritional and conditioning advice for complete holistic health care. Dr. Chris cares for all ages - babies, children, pregnant women, adults and the elderly. His athletic patients see improvement in their performance with chiropractic care.
Meet our Assistant & Insurance Biller Kathy
Kathy enjoys providing excellent customer service. Her goal is that our office is the easiest office you ever visit.
- Medicare : No referral is needed to be treated at our office. Medicare covers active care for spine related conditions. Medicare does not cover maintenance care.
- Partnership HealthPlan : A referral from your primary health care provider is required. Partnership specifically covers for chronic back pain at two visits per month.
- Group Insurance : No referral is need to be treated at our office. You will be asked to pay at your visit and we will bill your insurance for you to be reimbursed at their rate.
- Accidents: Auto Insurance with Med-Pay usually covers 100% up to your policy limits for accident related injuries.
- Work Injuries: A referral from your work comp physician is required for us to treat a work related injury.
- And yes, we do accept cash, checks and credit-cards!
